Description
POSITION SUMMARY
| Focal point of QC/QA for all welding activities and work. Lead on the preparation of WPS/WQT, total review of all existing WPS, and continuously monitor welding quality/inspection. Responsible in implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 at TWM |
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Responsible for preparation of project procedure, ITP, Quality plan, NDE map
- Assist Quality Manager for Code and Standard interpretation, implementation, and compliance
- Responsible for monitoring the new product line prototype testing preparation starting from design until completed
- Assist Quality Manager for the factory registration and audit by the related legislation
- Prepare quality documentation related to the new product line
- Perform details analysis on the failure/potential failure/corrective/preventive action and promoting continual improvement and to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Perform any other tasks related to Leans, 5S, Safety and Overall QA/QC that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder
- Familiar with QC/QA, Welding and Nondestructive testing
- Minimum 3 years in QA/QC functions
