High Pressure Double Fluid Pump
Double Fluid Pump
The Taylor-WhartonDouble-Fluid Pump consists of two complete pumping systems. These pumping systems have diesel power pads to provide power through the drivetrain to the triplex pump. During normal operation, liquid flows from on-site storage tanks through the centrifugal change pumps on the unit where fluid is boosted to change the triplex plunger pump. There it is pressurized by reciprocating pistons and passes through the downstream discharge valve where if flows out. These units are supplied with color coded fluid handling schematic and Data Acquisition System. These are available up to 2100HP with 29.6 bpm flow rate at 3,734 psi with max working pressure of 14,147 psi.
