POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the sale of services, goods required by clients and to perform project management duties. PRIMARY

• Responsible for preparing bids and quotes for parts sales, repair services, and new equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries, open sales orders, closes sales orders upon completion in a timely manner.
• Create Customer files, Data entry, file, create and prepare reports on daily, weekly and monthly quotations and sales orders.
• Project Management responsibilities:
  • Serves as a liaison between the outside sales, engineering, production department and purchasing on parts.
  • Track parts sales from procurement to shipping.
  • Interact with customers to help address and resolve customers’ questions or concerns.
  • Providing customers with schedule updates weekly/monthly or as required.
  • Work with production to receive current updates.
  • Attend mandatory production meetings.

SECONDARY

• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Communicate with all employee levels.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Job may require some travel for meetings and/ or expos.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES

REQUIRED

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Some familiarity with PDM software
• Microsoft NAV, Business Central and project are preferred.

• Must have the ability to read, write and speak basic English.
• Detailed oriented
• Project management background or sales background. (Preferred)
• Self- motivated and disciplined.

Work Authorization

Eligibility to work in the U.S. with the appropriate work authorization documentation.
