JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintenance, repairs and production on all vessels and tanks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Must be experienced to perform tasks with oxygen acetylene torch.
- Must be skilled to use plasma torch.
- Must be able to weld MIG and/or TIG Carbon, Stainless Steel and/or Aluminum, some fit work and Assembling per ASME code e.g., 6G pipe test.
- Electrical and Hydraulics a plus.
- Must be skilled to operate tools listed below:
- Grinder, Sander, Drill, Band saw, Chop saw.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean area.
- Must respect property and tools of TWA.
- Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading and welding.
- Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
- Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fitting, and related equipment, according to specifications by welding and threading.
- Need to meet current cycle time on completely fitting pipe and braces per current flow schematic.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES
- High School/GED equivalent required. No certifications required.
- Minimum years of experience 2 years in a manufacturing setting. Education level or comparable equivalent in experience.
- Knowledge of material types.
REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Must supply own personal tools.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
- Workmanship must be maintained at an adequate quality control level to meet customer requirements.
- Work well with others on the team as it relates to collaboration efforts.
- Maintain and follow all company rules as stated in the Code of Conduct.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervision.
- May be required to transfer to a different department based on business needs.
- Required to have pipe fitting skills and know all current fitting practices used on piping of vessel.
